Self-limiting Beliefs are just that: they are beliefs that hold us back.
The wonderful thing is – a belief is merely an idea that you’ve never questioned.
Probably the most common self-limiting belief is Low Self Esteem. The term, “Low Self-Esteem, is bandied about a great deal. What does it mean, and how do you know if you’ve got it?
Self-limiting beliefs are like driving with the brakes on. You may know where you want to go, and what you need to do to get there, but there’s this “sabotage” thing….
Perhaps a bit of self-destruction… over-eating, drinking to excess, destructive behaviour in general…
